The ink appears green in the bottle, but is an exquisite dark brown on paper. The rich warm brown also has hints of purple and blue. The ink shades beautifully and adds a touch of flair to your letter writing as well as personal writing in journals and planners. I recommend the ink to anyone who’s looking to move away from black, but isn’t quite ready for bright colours.
