How to place your order

  1. Select the colour and quantity of products you’d like to purchase and click Add to cart.
  2. Check the contents of your cart and enter your preferred delivery date and time, and any other requests under Order comments.
  3. Click Go to checkout.
  4. Enter your personal information.
    *Automated email notifications may be filtered as junk — please take a moment to review your mail settings.
  5. Select your shipping method.
  6. Select your payment method.
  7. Review your order information and click Pay now to complete the process.
  8. You will receive an automated order confirmation email.

Please note:
    • Your order is not confirmed until you have completed the purchase process. Having items in your cart does not guarantee purchase during periods of high demand.
    • Products displayed indicate our online inventory. Online and in-store availability may differ.
      Please contact us if you’d like to purchase more than the available quantity.
    • Products shown online may vary slightly in colour or finish.
    • We do not accept orders for resale. If we determine a purchase is made for the purpose of resale, such as purchasing large quantities of a specific product or placing multiple orders for the same product, we reserve the right to cancel your order regardless of whether the order has been completed.

Domestic orders

We accept payment by credit card, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

You can sign in and pay using your Amazon Japan account without registering a customer account with us. Amazon Pay is available for Amazon Japan account holders only.

▶︎Paidy (Buy now, pay later)
Paidy is an online payment service that can be used with an email address and mobile phone number without a credit card. The billing amount and payment options will be notified by the third day of the following month by email and SMS.

The following payment methods are available:

    • Direct debit (Fee: free)
    • Convenience store (Fee: ¥356 incl. tax)
    • Bank transfer (Fee: varies per bank)

You will require a mobile phone that can receive SMS messages.

International orders

Shipping Information


Domestic shipping

▶ Delivery
Your order will be delivered with Yamato Express.
*Delivery with Yu-Pack for Okinawa prefecture and remote islands. We’re unable to accept requests for any other delivery services.

▶ Shipping charge
¥650 per order (¥1,500 for Okinawa and remote islands).
*Shipping is free for orders above ¥8,000 (incl. tax) with the exception of Okinawa and remote islands.

▶ Delivery date and time
The date and time of your delivery can be specified from 7 days after your order date.
Please select from the following times:
[Morning, 12:00-14:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00]

▶ When will my order ship?
We typically ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays (closed on Mondays).

▶ Please note:

    • We are unable to change the shipping address, or amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
    • One shipping address may be specified per order.
    • All online orders must be delivered and cannot be collected in person.
    • In the event of multiple orders to the same shipping address, they will be combined into a single shipment (provided they have not been dispatched).
    • Delivery date and time selection may not be available for some regions such as remote islands.
    • Some destinations such as remote regions or islands may incur a transit fee in addition to the standard shipping charge. We will contact you if this applies to your order. The transit fee will be payable regardless of free shipping.
    • Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic and weather.
    • In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, please check the missed delivery notice issued by the shipping provider or your parcel tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, and contact the shipping provider directly within 6 days from the notice.
    • If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you may be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.

The date and time of your delivery cannot be specified.

▶︎ When will my order ship?
We typically ship within 5 working days of receiving your order.

▶︎ Please note:

    • Please enter your name and shipping address in Roman characters.
    • Your order may be subject to the customs duties and taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges that arise after shipment.
    • For shipments outside of Japan, a commercial invoice will be provided to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import/export laws and regulations, we will not accept requests to alter the order amount on the commercial invoice to a lesser value.
    • We are unable to change the shipping address, or amend or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
    • One shipping address may be specified per order.
    • In the event of multiple orders to the same shipping address, they will be combined into a single shipment (provided they have not been dispatched).
    • Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic, weather, and local circumstances.
    • If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you will be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.
    • If you have a physical shop and would like to sell our products, please contact us via our commercial enquiry form with information about your shop.


Receipt and delivery docket


Delivery docket

Domestic shipping

    • For delivery to the purchaser, a delivery docket will be included in the package.
    • If the recipient is not the purchaser, a delivery docket without the order amount will be included.

International shipping

    • A delivery docket will not be included in the package. Please contact us if you would like a delivery docket to be sent.


Receipt

Receipts are not included in packages unless requested. If you would like a receipt to be sent, please refer to the information below as the method of issuing a receipt depends on your payment method.


For credit card payments

    • The statement sent by your credit card company is equivalent to a receipt.

If you would like to receive a receipt issued by us

    • When placing your order, please note “Receipt required” under Order comments and specify the receipt address and description. Once your order is dispatched, we will send your receipt to the email address provided at the time of order.

Please note:

    • If receipt details are not specified, the receipt will be issued with the following information.
      Address: Purchaser name
      For: Cost of stationery
    • The payment method will be clearly indicated in the description, such as "credit card payment”.
    • The amount on the receipt will be the total of the products (incl. tax) + shipping costs and dated with the date of order.
    • If you have not received your receipt by email after the delivery of your order, please check your junk mail settings or contact us for assistance.


Returns, exchanges and cancellations


After order confirmation

You may change or cancel your order prior to dispatch.
Please contact us by phone, email or our enquiry form within 24 hours of order confirmation.


After delivery

▶ Return or exchange due to customer change of mind
We accept returns of strictly unused products within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return shipping costs will be payable by the customer. Please notify us in advance within 7 days of delivery.
We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:

    • Products that have been used
    • Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
    • Products without original packaging (bag, box, case)
    • Products that have not been purchased from our online shop
    • More than 8 days have passed after delivery
    • We have not received prior notice

▶ Return or exchange due to our error
In the event you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, soiled or may be defective, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible.
If we are determined to be at fault, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us and the item will be replaced with the same product (if a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered).



Gift wrapping


Gift wrapping in specially designed gift boxes are available for Kakimori pens, inks, notebooks and pen rests. Items that do not fit a gift box will be presented in a gift bag. Please note that gift wrapping is not complimentary and incurs an additional cost.
