Online orders

When will my order be shipped?

Domestic orders
We also accept E-collect, Sagawa Express’s payment-on-delivery service. This payment option is not available online and your order will need to be arranged with us directly – please contact us via our enquiry form with details of the products you’d like to purchase.
International orders
For orders outside Japan, please refer to WorldShopping’s payment methods.

Do you accept payment methods other than credit card?

Kakimori currently offers domestic shipping only.
International purchases can be made via WorldShopping, an independent third-party proxy shopping service. For more information, please visit WorldShopping’s website.
Please note that this service may be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

Can I change or cancel my completed order?

Domestic orders
You may change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation.For dispatched orders, please enquire within 7 days of delivery.
International orders
In accordance with WorldShopping’s terms and conditions, cancellations are not accepted once your order has been confirmed.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email.

Domestic orders
Your order confirmation is automatically emailed to the email address you entered at checkout.If you don’t receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via our enquiry form with your order details. *Occasionally our emails may be marked as junk mail – please take a moment to review your mail settings.

店舗の感染対策について

【店頭の感染予防対策】
・店内が混雑しないよう、入店人数を制限をさせていただきながら営業します。
・スタッフは全員マスクを着用しております。
・スタッフは出勤前に検温を義務付け、体調不良のスタッフは出勤しません。
・飛沫感染予防のため、感染防止パネルを設置しております。
・店内清掃を定期的に行い、換気を徹底いたします。
・店内入口にアルコール除菌を設置し、入店と退店時に必ずご利用いただきます。
・お客様用トイレをご用意しておりますが、清掃等感染防止対策を行います。
【お客様へのお願い】
・マスク着用の上、ご来店をお願いいたします。
・ご来店前に、ご自宅にて検温をお願いいたします。
 37.5度以上の発熱がある場合は、来店をご遠慮ください。
・金銭授受の際は、コイントレーを使用しての受け渡しをさせていただきます。

駐車場はありますか?

カキモリ、inkstandは駐車場はございません。
車でご来店のお客様は近隣のコインパーキング等をご利用ください。

What payment methods are accepted in-store?

We accept cash as well as the following methods at both Kakimori and Inkstand:
Credit card (one instalment) – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover
Contactless – IC transport cards, iD, QUICPay, Apple Pay
*Please note that IC cards cannot be recharged at our stores.
*Accepted IC cards – Kitaca, Suica, Pasmo, Toica, Manaca, Icoca, Sugoca, Nimoca, Hayakaken

Do I need to book ahead to make an order-made notebook?

Reservations are not necessary. You can visit our shop and make your selections at any time.

What sizes are available for order-made notebooks?

We offer two sizes: B5 and B6.

Can I pick up my order-made notebook on the day?

We offer same-day collection for order-made notebooks.
If you are unable to collect on the day, we can arrange a later collection date or delivery – please ask a staff member.

How long will it take for my order-made notebook to be ready?

The typical preparation time is around 15-20 minutes per notebook. Please note that on weekends and during busy periods, it may take over an hour.

How long does the name embossing service for order-made notebooks take?

Please allow approximately 3 weeks from your order.
