Online orders
Domestic orders
We typically ship orders within 3 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
International orders
We typically ship within 5 working days of receiving your order.
You may change or cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please contact us within 24 hours of order confirmation.
For dispatched orders, please enquire within 7 days of delivery.
Your order confirmation is automatically emailed to the email address you entered at checkout.
If you don’t receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via our enquiry form with your order details.

We ship internationally via DHL GoGreen Plus, a carbon-reduced air freight service.
Yes. Kakimori spiral bound notebooks can be refreshed with new pages while keeping the original cover. When it’s time for a refill, simply bring it in-store or post it to us.

Returns, exchanges and repairs

Shop services – Kakimori
There is no on-site parking at Kakimori and Inkstand. Paid parking facilities are available nearby.
We accept cash as well as the following methods at both Kakimori and Inkstand:
Credit card (one instalment) – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover
Contactless – IC transport cards, iD, QUICPay, Apple Pay, PayPay
*Please note that IC cards cannot be recharged at our stores.
*Accepted IC cards – Kitaca, Suica, Pasmo, Toica, Manaca, Icoca, Sugoca, Nimoca, Hayakaken
Weekdays: Bookings are not required *Excludes Golden Week, Obon and New Year
Weekends/public holidays: Make a booking
On weekends and public holidays, a limited number of walk-in spaces are available with notebook collection or delivery at a later date (delivery fee applies).
We offer two sizes: B5 and B6.
While the price will vary depending on the size, cover, paper and other selections, as a guide you can expect to spend around ¥4,000 for a B6 notebook and ¥5,000 for a B5 notebook.
Weekdays: Same-day collection is available
Weekends/public holidays: Priority will be given to customers with bookings. Make a booking

Your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
In-store
Please allow one week for collection or shipping. (¥1,500, notebook/shipping not included)
Same-day collection is available on weekdays only. (¥2,500, notebook not included)

We welcome up to two people to make one bottle of ink.
