A flat nationwide rate of ¥650 for orders below ¥5,000 incl. tax (for Okinawa and remote islands, a delivery charge of ¥1,500 by Japan Post will apply regardless of the total order amount).

Shipping cost will vary depending on the destination and products. Your shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page when you place your order.

Returns and exchanges:

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery with the nature of your return and we will respond with further instructions. If the return is due to customer change of mind, return shipping costs will be payable by the customer.
If the return is due to our error, such as where incorrect products or quantity, or defective (damaged, soiled) products have been supplied, return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.
Subject to stock availability, items will be replaced with the same product. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered.

We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:

  • Products that have been used
  • Products that haven damaged or soiled by the customer
  • Products without packaging (bag, box, case)
  • Products that have not been purchased from our online shop
  • More than 8 days have passed after delivery
  • We have not received prior notice
