Step 1: Remove the ink reservoir

Remove the end plug and the fibre ink reservoir.

Step 2: Fill with ink

Place the fibre ink reservoir (with the plastic covering intact) in the ink bottle.

Allow the fibre to soak up the ink leaving about 2cm dry, then remove.

Wipe off excess ink around the plastic with a soft, clean cloth.

Step 3: Assemble

With the soaked end first, insert the ink reservoir straight into the pen body.

Insert the end plug and push firmly until it clicks twice (it may help to press against a hard surface).

Allow a few moments for the ink to reach the tip and the pen is ready for use.

Handy tip

While the Colour liner is designed for single use, it can be refilled directly through the felt tip. Dip the felt tip in ink and leave to soak for an hour (allow 2-3 hours for the 0.3mm tip) to enjoy your favourite colour again and again.

Please note:
Ink may collect inside the tip area of the pen — this is cosmetic and will not affect the pen’s performance. Only refill with the same ink colour to prevent the mixing of colours.
