Woven with ramie warp threads and linen weft threads, this ramie-linen fabric is given a finishing touch by craftspeople in Hamamatsu in the Enshu region, taking time and care to bring out the best of the fibres while being gentle on the fabric.

Natural irregularities and character reveal both ramie's crispness and linen's softness, with the undyed colour showcasing the natural hue of the fibres. A woven cover perfect for a Kakimori classic.
