Service Suspension Period
From June 17 Wed 11:00 AM to June 25 Thu Around Noon (JST)
*Please note that the resumption time may vary slightly depending on the progress of the maintenance.
*Orders placed within Japan will continue to be processed and accepted as normal throughout this period.
*Orders placed before 11:00 AM on 17th June will be dispatched sequentially as usual. For these orders, any customs duties or fees incurred after shipment must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, in accordance with our current policy.
Post-Maintenance Updates and Revisions
1.Introduction of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
Previously, customers may have experienced uncertainty regarding the exact cost of customs duties and clearance fees until the package arrived. Following the maintenance, we will introduce DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), a system that automatically calculates and applies all customs duties and taxes at checkout. This will eliminate unexpected charges upon delivery, ensuring a smoother and more reliable shopping experience.
2. Revision of International Shipping Charges (Changes to Free Shipping Eligibility)
In light of rising global logistics costs, and to sustain the higher standard of secure, dependable delivery made possible by the introduction of DDP, we have made the decision to revise our complimentary shipping policy.
3.Continued Suspension of Shipping to Specific Regions
Due to ongoing operational constraints, we regret to inform you that shipping to certain regions, including Europe, will remain unavailable for the time being, even after the maintenance is completed on the 29th. We will provide updates as soon as shipping to these areas can be resumed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
