New arrivals | A5 notebook - Enshu/Banshu/Bishu textile

We’re delighted to introduce the latest fabric additions to our A5 notebook collection.

This release welcomes two new fabrics alongside the previously featured Enshu textile: Banshu textile from Nishiwaki, Hyogo Prefecture, much-loved for its shirting fabrics; and Bishu textile, from the Bishu region, considered one of the world’s three most renowned woven wool textiles. These three regional textiles have been crafted into the covers of our new notebooks.

A5 notebook - Enshu textile

Enshu mustard/Enshu orange

The Enshu region has long produced cotton textiles since the Edo period. For this release, we’ve chosen a premium Japanese linen with a reassuring quality rooted in generations of tradition.

Featuring Oxford cloth, best known as a shirting fabric — this delicately textured fabric offers casual ease with a touch of elegance.

A5 notebook - Bishu textile

From an experimental cloth with the pleasing body of washi, to a wool-linen blend woven with colourful neps, these beautifully expressive covers embody the craft and expertise of the region.

The exquisite notebooks are filled with the history of each region and the exceptional craftsmanship behind them. We hope you’ll enjoy the latest in our A5 notebook collection
